Technical capabilities

Engineering that gets built, not only drawn.

Design, construction, automation and maintenance under JTIA and the National Electrical Code. One accountable team from the one-line diagram to energization.

Methodology

A six-gate process. Nothing is energized without evidence.

Each stage has a deliverable, an owner and an acceptance criterion. The client can audit progress without surprises at commissioning.

01

Diagnosis

Survey, power-quality measurements and assessment of the existing network.

02

Engineering

One-line diagrams, short circuit, protection coordination and technical reports.

03

Construction

Certified crews, raceways, switchgear and cabling.

04

Testing

Protocols, thermography and verification before energizing.

05

Energization

Commissioning coordinated with the utility and the client.

06

Handover

As-built, certificates and a start-up maintenance plan.

Four lines. One standard.

We are not a loose catalog of trades. Each line feeds the next with the same technical file.

01
Detail engineering

Electrical design

From the one-line diagram to a report that can be built. We size, coordinate protections and leave the project ready for permit and construction.

Deliverables
  • IFC drawings and calculation reports
  • Protection coordination
  • Equipment and raceway lists
  • Support before JTIA / authorities
02
Construction and install

Electrical construction

We build substations, electrical rooms and distribution with field engineering supervision. The job follows the drawing, not the other way around.

Deliverables
  • Switchgear and transformer install
  • Power cabling
  • Continuity and insulation tests
  • Site log and quality control

Control and intelligence

Automation and SCADA

We integrate PLC, monitoring and building automation to operate on data, not assumptions. Fewer outages, more traceability.

Operating continuity

Maintenance and energy

Thermography, power quality, emergency plants and PV solar. We keep the installation alive after handover.

Deliverables

  • Hot-spot reports
  • Backup and automatic transfer
  • PV interconnection

Where we apply the same rigor

Voltage changes. The file does not.

Industrial

Plants, MCCs and medium voltage for lines that cannot stop.

Commercial

Towers, malls and offices with load studies and lighting.

Mission critical

Data centers and hospitals with 2N redundancy and UPS.

Residential

Towers and complexes with backup, solar and automation.

Project close-out

What stays in your archive, not only on site

A Voltec project is handed over with papers another engineer can pick up in five years. That is continuity, not a decorative PDF.

Questions that usually arrive with the scope

Can you do design only or construction only?

Yes. We design for another contractor to build, or we execute an already approved package. The value is the same technical criterion across both stages when we own the full cycle.

What do you deliver before energizing?

As-built one-lines, test protocols, thermography of critical switchgear and the work permit / LOTO when it applies. We do not energize without evidence.

Do you cover after-hours faults?

Maintenance contracts include 24/7 response for critical faults. On new work we staff the commissioning week.

Do you work medium voltage?

Yes: 13.8 kV substations, transformers, cells and protection coordination. Scope is sized with the site short-circuit study.

Need a technical proposal, not a brochure?

An engineer gathers the scope, site constraints and a deliverable calendar. First response in under 24 business hours.
